9 Months-Update

Weight: 19.7lbs (40%) Length:  28.25 inches (40%)

Michael you are nine months old today. 3 months away from your first birthday! Crazy!

You have been a busy boy this month.
You are cutting teeth on the top.
You have figured out your jumper and look like an Irish dancer in it.

A week ago we went to the Dr. and you were 18lbs and 11oz but our official appt is this Tuesday.
You wear 9-12 month clothing.
You love different foods. Today your had a pancake and loved it. You love yogurt and rice crackers.
You are starting to venture out with your appetite.
You are babbling and saying DADA, BABA, BOO-A.
You show us how big you are when we ask you.

You have learned to shake hands (all Polish boys are required to know this)
You are close to clapping and waving bye bye on your own but not quite yet.
You have no interest in crawling but you are trying to slide on the floors. Your brother did the same
You hated your walker but now have figured things out a little so I can see gates going up very soon.
You are a mover still. You don't play with a toy longer than about 3 minutes. You love looking around. At night our routine is the same as your brother's. Reading a book, saying our prayers, drinking your milk and some cuddle time. You prefer to be put in your crib much faster than he did. You are more independent.
You sleep from about 7:30pm till about 5am, I bring you in, give you a bottle and then you sleep till about 7 or sometimes 7:30 with us.
Your naps are not consistent. If you have a short morning nap then you'll take another one in the afternoon. If you have a long mid day nap then you are done for the day.
You love baths with your brother but the tub is getting a bit small so I think that will end soon.
You smile all the time, you love music and dancing.
You are a happy baby.
Happy 9 months baby!!!!
Mommy sold your swing yesterday and shed a tear but you were literally capable of swinging yourself upside down from it, while clipped in so we knew it was time.
Through the months:

A shout out to your brother who proudly posed with his train set. He built it all on his own with no help.
