Eye in the sky

OK, so maybe the video proves that I have a lead foot but seriously, is a complete stop necessary when you can see no traffic is coming?
There was no "Do not turn on red" sign anywhere, but I guess a full stop was required before making that turn.
This now makes Ry and I even on red light violations. That made him happy.
The ticket came in the mail with pictures and access to view my violation on line with a full colored video. I guess IL has to make money somehow to get control of the budget.
