Although you are closer to 40 this year, you are also wiser, more good looking and even a better husband and daddy than last year (if that's possible). :)
I wish you all the best, since we are closer to saying that we survived a kitchen remodel, I couldn't imagine going through any renovations with anyone else. And we have had our share of renovations.
